Pera Jewels Shipping Protection is an optional add-on that covers your order against loss, theft, or damage during transit.

• What it Covers: Lost packages (no movement), Damaged packages (broken/bent), Stolen packages (marked delivered but missing).

• How Claims Work: Contact us with a description and photos (for damage). For high-value orders ($500+), we may require a police report.

• Resolution: Approved claims receive a replacement, store credit, or refund.

• If Declined: If you do not purchase Shipping Protection, Pera Jewels cannot guarantee replacements for lost or stolen packages once handed to the carrier.
