When will my order arrive? Personalized pieces take 3 to 5 business days to make, and about 7 to 12 business days in total with shipping. Ready to ship items leave within 1 business day and arrive in 4 to 7 business days within the US.

What if something is wrong with my piece? If a personalized piece arrives with a defect or an error, we replace it at no cost. Email us a photo with your order number.
