Ready to Ship Items: Orders for ready-to-ship items are normally processed and shipped within 24 hours or 1 business day.
Personalized Items: Because these pieces are made just for you, personalized items require approximately 2-3 weeks for production before they are shipped.
Estimated Delivery Times
Please be advised that many factors contribute to delivery time. We ensure that orders are shipped within the time frames listed on each specific product’s page.

Priority & Expedited Shipping: Priority and Expedited shipping options are available for Ready to Ship items only. If your cart includes personalized or made-to-order pieces, express shipping options will not appear at checkout because the production time still applies.

International shipments are sent via the most economic methods available based on your location.

Shipping Limitations & Policies
General Shipping Info: We are happy to ship most of our products within the USA from our multiple warehouse locations. Pera Jewels reserves the right to ship orders combined or individually depending on availability.
Delays & Liability: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as carrier delays, weather conditions, or customs processing. Once an order is marked as “Delivered” by the carrier, Pera Jewels is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please ensure your delivery location is secure.
Issues with Delivery: For lost or damaged packages, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date so we can assist you with the carrier.
