Refund policy

Cancellations

Personalized Items: Cancellation requests for personalized items must be submitted within 3 hours of the order being placed. Due to the efficiency of our production process, we are unable to cancel orders once 3 hours have passed. We appreciate your understanding. Pera Jewels is dedicated to ensuring a quick and seamless delivery experience.

Non-Personalized Items: Once an order is placed, it enters our processing queue immediately. Due to the speed of our operations, we are unable to cancel orders once they have been confirmed. You may submit a return request after your item is delivered.


Returns

Personalized Returns: Due to the custom nature of personalized items, we cannot offer returns or exchanges for them. Your personalized jewelry is designed just for you! However, if there is an issue or defect with your order, we will replace it at no additional cost. We strive for 100% customer satisfaction. If you are unhappy with a personalized item, please reach out to our customer service team at support@perajewels.com, and we will work with you to make things right. Please note: Since we begin working on personalized items immediately, we cannot accept edits once the order is placed.

Non-Personalized Returns: If you’re not satisfied, you can exchange or return non-personalized items within 14 days of your purchase. Unfortunately, we cannot offer a return or exchange if 14 days have passed. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.

International Returns: We do not support international returns at this time. All international orders are considered Final Sale.


Exchanges

If you are unsatisfied with your product, we will be happy to exchange it for something else within 14 days of your purchase. (Personalized items do not qualify for exchanges).

  • Your original item must be returned before we can send your new item. Please inform us and send a clear picture of the item before shipping it back.

  • If there is a price difference between the original and the new item, a refund or additional charge will be applied accordingly.

  • If you are not satisfied with this option, our customer care team will work with you to find an alternative solution. We only replace items directly if they are defective, incorrect, or damaged.


Refunds & Store Credit

Sale Items: Sale items are not eligible for monetary refunds. "Sale items" include any orders purchased with promo codes, coupon codes, or during sales events. All orders with codes applied are considered Final Sale. Eligible orders using these codes (e.g., from newsletter sign-ups or pop-ups) will be valid for an exchange or store credit only.

Store Credit: Store credit will be issued in the form of a gift card for the amount paid, excluding shipping costs. If 14 days have gone by, we cannot offer an exchange or store credit.

14-Day Money-Back Guarantee:

  • Size/Color/Variant Changes: Eligible for exchange or store credit only.

  • Incorrect Item: If you received the wrong item, we will ship the correct one to you free of charge (photo evidence required).

  • Damaged Item: If the item arrived damaged or broken due to our error, we will ship a replacement free of charge (photo evidence required).

  • General Dissatisfaction: If you are unsatisfied with your product, you may return it for an exchange or store credit. A full monetary refund may be issued only if an exchange, store credit, or complimentary item will not suffice, and once the item is returned.

Gifts:

  • If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. A gift certificate will be mailed to you once the return is received.

  • If it wasn’t marked as a gift, the refund will be sent to the gift giver (the original purchaser).

Shipping Your Return: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

  1. Your Order Number (e.g., #P0000)

  2. A brief explanation for the return (e.g., Size too big, Wrong color, etc.)
